1. Are elevator wire ropes long-lasting and reliable?
Elevator steel wire ropes are subject to strict national and industry specifications. Their configuration takes into account not only the rated load but also traction force parameters. The breaking tensile strength of the steel wire ropes far exceeds the total weight of the elevator car. Meanwhile, elevators are equipped with no fewer than four steel wire ropes with a high safety factor, which eliminates the risk of all ropes snapping simultaneously.

2. Will a sudden power outage during operation cause safety hazards?
No risks will be incurred. Once power cuts off unexpectedly, the elevator will come to a complete halt automatically via integrated electrical and mechanical safety protection devices. The elevator brake system will engage immediately upon power failure. Besides, power supply authorities will issue advance notifications for scheduled planned outages.

3. Can passengers get injured if the elevator doors close abruptly?
Absolutely not. Elevator landing doors and car doors are fitted with anti-pinch safety switches. If any object or passenger blocks the door path during closing, the anti-clamping sensor will trigger an immediate door reverse opening. Moreover, the door closing force is strictly limited to a safe threshold to prevent pinching injuries.

4. What is the working principle of an elevator?
The elevator runs via a traction machine-driven traction system. Steel wire ropes connect the elevator car and counterweight, dragging the car to travel vertically up and down along fixed guide rails.

5. Is escalator installation highly complicated?
The functional performance of escalators does not equate to complex installation procedures. Our escalators adopt an integrated modular structural design, featuring high assembly precision and operational efficiency. Equipment debugging, on-site installation and commissioning are simplified greatly for easier construction.
