1. Purpose:
This machine is suitable for sterilization, disinfection and air purification in elevator cars, operating rooms, clean rooms, laboratories, production workshops, corridors and aisles.
2. Features:
The experimental report proves that the purification efficiency of PM2.5 particles is ≥99%, the sterilization rate is ≥99%
Negative ions can clean the air
Dust removal: small particle size negative oxygen ions can interact, recombine and diffuse with pollutants in the air to affect the transformation of pollutants, or act as a catalyst to change the toxicity of trace gases in chemical processes. Particles as small as 0.01 microns, which are difficult to remove industrially, also have a significant sedimentation removal effect.
Bacteriostasis and sterilization: Negative oxygen ions have high activity and strong redox effect, which can destroy the cell membrane of bacteria or the activity of cytoplasmic enzymes, thereby achieving the purpose of antibacterial and sterilization. In an environment with high concentration of negative oxygen ions, it has been determined that the number of molds and bacteria in the air can be reduced by more than 90%.
Deodorization: Air negative ions can oxidize with organic matter in the air to remove the peculiar smell, so it has the effect of cleaning the air.
The role of UV lamps
Ultraviolet disinfection is the use of ultraviolet light of the appropriate wavelength to destroy the molecular structure of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) in the cells of microorganisms, causing growth cell death and (or) regenerative cell death to achieve sterilization effect
